Safety Information and special warnings
There are no contraindications for using EURneffy® in an emergency.1
Healthcare Professionals should ensure that patients, and if needed their caregivers, are thoroughly educated on the indications, recognition of anaphylaxis symptoms, and correct use of EURneffy®. Caregivers should administer for children under 12 unless selfadministration is appropriate. EURneffy® may be used with a congested nose, though absorption could be altered. Asthma increases risk, anaphylaxis can recur after initial relief, and adrenaline should be administered promptly at the earliest signs of a severe allergic reaction. Special caution is required in those with cardiovascular, metabolic, or other specific conditions. HCPs should review medication interactions and risks associated with ingredients such as benzalkonium chloride and sodium metabisulphite. Patients must always seek immediate medical assistance after use.1
